Jessica Lowe Hall has been named the executive director of March of Dimes of North Louisiana. In her new role, Hall is responsible for market development, fundraising, strategic communication, marketing and acting as the organization’s spokesperson. Prior to joining the March of Dimes, she served as vice president of marketing and public relations for the United Way of Northwest Louisiana. Hall has served various organizations as director of marketing, marketing manager, property manager, and public relations and internal communications manager; positions which have amassed 18 years of experience. During those 18 years, she has had to opportunity to work with the Louisiana Film Commission on multiple projects, planned and executed more than 200 events, created marketing plans, designed print collateral and commercial advertisements and coordinated visits to Shreveport-Bossier City by many musicians, celebrities and the President and First Lady. Hall has been recognized for her hard work and dedication by being named one of Shreveport-Bossier’s Finest Young Professionals and a 40 Under 40 Honoree.

AT&T announced Robert Vinet has been named the regional director of external affairs for the North Louisiana region. In his position, Vinet will play a key role in collaborating with community leaders, legislators and business leaders on new technology deployment and infrastructure investment. “We’re proud to have a native of Shreveport on our team to help launch and promote our products and services in North Louisiana such as, AT&T’s expanding rural broadband deployment, GigaPower, and DirecTV,” Sonia Perez, president of AT&T Louisiana, said. “As a graduate of Louisiana Tech and having lived in both Caddo Parish and Monroe, Robert is extremely knowledgeable of the region and is a strong addition to our team.” Vinet recently served as marketing director for the Red River Waterway Commission where he collaborated with public and private partners on various economic development projects. Vinet was also a 40 Under 40 honoree and a member of the Rotary Club of Shreveport. He also served on the Community Advisory Group for the Shreveport-Caddo Comprehensive Master Plan 2030.

NLEP Senior Vice President Liz Pierre received her certification as an economic development finance professional from the National Development Council, a nonprofit community development organization. The EDFP certification recognizes a person’s expertise and knowledge about economic development financing, credit analysis, loan packaging and deal structuring. Pierre directs the Legal and Research department for North Louisiana Economic Partnership, an accredited regional economic development organization serving 14 parishes in North Louisiana.

Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care is expanding, opening its fourth location on Barksdale Boulevard to serve the community of south Bossier. The office is open six days a week, with evening and weekend appointments. They have 10 dentists who can see same-day emergencies. The office offers everything from dental cleanings to full-mouth reconstruction, as well as everything in between. One of the dentists, Dr. Michael Haydel, is a Parkway graduate who is excited to be back in south Bossier around friends and family, helping his community with all their dental needs.
