OCT. 17: TNT EXPRESS, Every third Thursday of the month this trolley tour takes visitors to downtown art, cultural and science attractions, including museums, galleries and historic sites. THROUGH OCT. 19: “HEARTS OF NATURE: TOUCHING NATURE,” Artists Su Stella and Pam Viviano McDonald foray into the heart of a Northwest Louisiana bayou and the backyard bouquet of a Broadmoor neighborhood to touch the part of us that responds to nature which they have artistically expressed in their compositions of wreaths, photographs and sculptures. THROUGH NOV. 8: ARTISTS IN CELEBRATION OF NATURE, Three Northwest Louisiana artists – Susan Duke, Frances O’Callaghan and Susie Paulovich – will display their works through the Louisiana State Fair to highlight the museum’s 75th anniversary. ONGOING: ARTPORT: “PAIRED,” One of the only revolving public art displays in an airport setting in America, this latest exhibit will feature the works of 90 local and regional artists. Free. Shreveport Regional Airport. 

ONGOING: SMILE SCIENCE, This new permanent exhibit includes a giant 6-foot mouth that teaches visitors about oral anatomy in a fun way. Visitors can brush the teeth with an oversized toothbrush and remove and replace teeth like a puzzle. Sci-Port: Louisiana’s Science Center, 820 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport. Call 424-3466.
