Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend! Project Runway Edition was the theme of the Krewe de les Femme Mystique Grand Bal XIX on Jan. 13 at the Shreveport Convention Center. This year’s royalty court included Lady of Art Regina Blue, Lady of Grace Anita Jackson, Lady of Light  Dena Bowen, Lady of Love Kristal Pierce, Lady of Music Tammy Fussell, Lady of Truth Janine Conway, Queen XIX Diane Allen and this year’s Captain, Helen Phares. The krewe will host their parade on Mardi Gras Day at Pierre Bossier Mall. –Mark Crawford
