Government stifles health freedoms

Dear House Health & Welfare Committee Members: Per our U.S. Constitution, the government’s job is to defend our liberties. Its whole purpose is to make sure we maintain our freedoms.

So it was with great disbelief and dismay that I listened to false testimony in your committee on Tuesday, April 12, against a number of bills designed to protect our health freedoms and bodily autonomy. And then I watched as bill after bill was defeated in your committee, quite obviously because not enough of you have done your homework on Covid vaccines or the Covid virus itself.

The State of Louisiana sent its attack dogs in the form of doctors from LSU/Ochsner and the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) to literally lie to you about the “safety and effectiveness” of these vaccines. Even a quick cursory look at the CDC’s own data can quickly show you how unsafe and ineffective these vaccines have proven to be. Recently, the FDA has begun releasing thousands of pages of Pfizer data documents that prove beyond a doubt that they knew the vaccine was dangerous, that it caused myocarditis, and that they knew people would die. And they knew this after just a few months of implementing the initial vaccine trials before the FDA approved its use under EUA (Emergency Use Authorization). Additionally, Pfizer knew that natural immunity was as effective as the shots. Why was this information censored? Why are those who have recovered from Covid and thus now with natural immunity still being pressured and coerced to receive the vaccine?

DMED, the U.S. Military database, shows that for military members aged 18- 40 (the healthiest and most fit members of our society) in the first 10 months of 2021, all causes of morbidity and mortality increased by 1100% over the same period in 2020. This rate is expected to be over 5000% by 2022! The only difference since 2020 is the rollout of the Covid vaccine and the mandate by the Pentagon that all military members receive it. Does this sound like a safe vaccine to you?

It is now common knowledge that these vaccines do not prevent transmission, illness, hospitalization, or death. In countries such as Israel and Australia with very high vaccination rates, there are now more people admitted to hospitals with Covid who have been previously vaccinated than those who are unvaccinated. Does that sound like an effective vaccine to you? With an effective vaccine, would you expect to have to receive 3 to 4 boosters every year? Yet this is exactly what is now being proposed.

Whatever government does must come from the consent of the governed. We, the governed, do not consent to dangerous vaccines being forced upon us or our children. We do not consent to lockdowns, vaccine passports, social distancing, propaganda, or censorship of free speech.

Our U.S. Constitution is a guarantee of what the government cannot do. The first 10 Amendments ensure that government is not the source of our rights. Our rights are given to us by God, and the government is only instituted amongst us to protect those rights.

We elected all of you to the positions you now hold. You work for us. You represent us, and we demand that you honor our Constitution and protect our God-given rights. We expect you to protect our individual rights and our freedoms, which by definition, includes our health freedom. Your committee is titled the Health and Welfare Committee. It is past time that you fulfill your responsibilities to us and your committee and start passing bills that protect our health freedom instead of jeopardizing it.
