Christmas in the Sky: SKY ROCKS held its 16th biennial fundraiser 7 p.m. Dec. 13 at Harrah’s Louisiana Downs. The electric and eclectic musical journey is produced by the city of Shreveport, Hilton-Shreveport and Harrah’s Louisiana Downs and benefits the Shreveport Regional Arts Council.
