The Highland Jazz and Blues Festival will return for its 17th edition on Saturday, Sept. 18. It’s presented by Lagniappe PRIME, LLC and will feature music and entertainment for the entire family in Columbia Park in Shreveport’s historic Highland neighborhood.

But working together wasn’t always the plan. “Clyde and I are very different people. So if you’d told me 10 years ago that we’d be in business together, not a rock band, but an actual business, I probably wouldn’t have believed you,” Billy Hargrove said.
