YPI enlisted a special committee to select 40 young professionals under the age of 40 who make a significant impact in Shreveport-Bossier. These individuals were selected based on values, such as professionalism, achievement, experience, innovation, vision, leadership and community involvement.

Each year, the Greater Shreveport Chamber’s Young Professional Initiative has highlighted 40 of our region’s most dynamic and accomplished young professionals who are engaged in our community as entrepreneurs, executives and managers in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
