Willis-Knighton's Fall Barbecue honoring medical staff and community friends was held at Elrod Cedar Lodge. As always, there was a huge turnout, and shuttles carried guests back and forth from their parking spots to the lodge on Cross Lake. Serving stations were laden with barbecue ribs, brisket, chicken and all the mouthwatering accompaniments you can imagine. Tents covered tables where VIPs were shoulder-to-shoulder enjoying the casual affair, fingers deep in barbecue sauce.
