Michael T. Woodfork
Robinson Film Center Director of Operations
According to the RFC website, Michael Woodfork joined the Robinson Film Center in 2007 as director of technical operations to help with oversight of construction and installation of systems by contractors and vendors.
Former RFC Director of Marketing and Educational Programming Chris Jay thinks Woodfork might be the glue that has held the center together for 15 years.
"I don't think Robinson Film Center would be there today without Michael T. Woodfork. He is the technical guy at the Robinson, and he has been the technical guy since a year before it opened its doors. He's the longest-run ning employee there. And if something goes wrong, Mike finds a way to keep the movies playing."
Jay said he literally watched as Woodfork made sure the show went on when a storm tore the roof off the projection booth and rain poured in during the showing.
