Science and technology have come together to create a fascinating new, non-surgical weight-loss tool called the Obalon Balloon System. You may have heard about the fluid-filled gastric balloons in the past few years, but this new system uses three gas-filled balloons for a whole new approach.

The 2017 Red River Balloon Rally – held in conjunction with the weeklong U.S. National Hot Air Balloon Championship – will take place July 14-15 (Friday-Saturday) at LSU- Shreveport. It’s your chance to enjoy music, food, arts and crafts, a Kids' Zone, and get an up-close look at some of the world’s most impressive hot-air balloons.

CUE WAGNER’S “RIDE OF THE VALKYRIES.” Hot air balloons are about to descend on Shreveport-Bossier City. The Red River Balloon Rally, along with the 2016 U.S. Hot Air Balloon Championship, will take place July 14 – July 20, throughout the metro area, with festivities to be held on the campus of LSUS.
