Join Chef Brad Jones and Chef Allison Gras of The Revenir, as well as writer and social media influencer Mallori Sanders for a special beer-pairing dinner, 6-8:30 p.m., Monday, March 16, at Great Raft Brewing. The Revenir is a modern, French-inspired farm-to-table restaurant that will be located inside of the Every Man a King Distillery in downtown Shreveport. This four-course dinner with passed appetizers will feature Great Raft Brewing beers paired with each course. Tickets are $75 each, and guests must be 21 or older.

Chef Hardette Harris of Us Up North Kitchen presents an evening celebrating outstanding products made by food entrepreneurs in “the 318,” 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, March 17. Throughout the course of the evening, guests will sample foods created by regional chefs and makers. Chris Jay, blogger at www.20×49.com and author of the Stuffed & Busted e-newsletter, will facilitate a conversation with several of the participating chefs and makers.

Join Chef David Bridges and Slow Food North Louisiana's Angie White for "Creole Moderne," a unique evening at Sauvage featuring updated Creole classics at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 18. This one-night-only dining event is presented in partnership with 318 Restaurant Week. The five-course dinner will include cocktail and wine pairings. Tickets are $125 each, and only 30 tickets are available for advance purchase. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.

Join and Chef Niematulai Longstratt for a holistic dining experience spotlighting the cuisine of Sierra Leone's “Lion Mountain” — the only place in West Africa where mountains rise from the ocean. "A Taste of Lion Mountain" will be held, 6-10 p.m., on Saturday, March 21.
