The Betty and Leonard Phillips Deaf Action Center of Louisiana hosted their biennial fundraiser, Las Vegas Night, on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Petroleum Club in downtown Shreveport. Blackjack, craps and roulette tables filled the 16th floor, where guests were playing to win money to bid on silent auction items. The live auction featured exotic trips and experiences.
