SEPT. 19 NEW WORKS BY ROBERT FOGEL OPENING RECEPTION, Artist Robert Fogel is a critically acclaimed collective artist. His work will be on display at the Norsworthy Gallery, located at 214 Texas St., Shreveport with the opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m.
