THROUGH JULY 29: EXHIBITION: “REALLY MIXING IT UP”: The exhibition, “Really Mixing It Up,” is an art exhibit featuring the work of three Northwest Louisiana artists at the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum. JULY 15-24: “THE SOUND OF MUSIC”: Rodgers and Hammerstein’s immortal musical “The Sound of Music” is the summer production at the Emmett Hook Center. It will be running weekends, July 15-24. The cast of 70 performers will be led by Liesl Cruz (Maria), Bob Gadpaile (Captain von Trapp) and Sarah Wilkerson (Mother Abbess).
