“We are very excited,” Kelly said. You can get a look at the Kelly’s new home – and 23 others – by visiting this year’s Parade of Homes (POH). On the weekends of June 17-18 and 24-25, you can see newly constructed homes, remodeled homes and outdoor living projects.

Each summer, beautiful homes and outdoor living spaces open to the public during the Home Builders Association of Northwest Louisiana’s (HBA) annual Parade of Homes. It’s the perfect chance for parade-goers to get an up-close look at the latest trends in home design and product innovations.

Excessive rain sidelined last year’s Parade home, but Jim Fine Custom Homes ensured the foundation for this year’s home was poured and the house completed in less than five months – despite the rain. Fine credits his dedicated subcontractors for their efficiency and remarkable work.

The Christmas Bazaar and Tour of Trees exhibit will be held in downtown Vivian at the Lighthouse Mission Thrift Store, located at 105 West Louisiana Ave.
