World of Edgar Cano & Behind the Curtain Exhibition Opening: SRAC hosted an opening reception for “Behind the Curtain and Periplo” at artspace on Aug. 22. The Periplo exhibition consisted of 20+ years of paintings, drawings and printmaking by Edgar Cano. “Behind the Curtain” was a showcase of both artwork and history, celebrating 100 years of The Strand Theatre.— Paul Savage Jr.
