On Dec. 5, the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana announced the 2025 Young Professional of the Year at the annual 40 Under Forty Awards and Gala, presented by Ochsner LSU Health. This year's recipient is Emily Jo Manchester-Sanden, executive director of the Renesting Project.
