Right after Thanksgiving 2017, something clicked. I’m not sure what, but I was finally ready for that change. I’d been a member of Fit- Nation gym since early 2010. For years, I went regularly five days a week. After an Achilles tendon rupture and torn labrum in my shoulder in the summer of 2015, I didn’t go to the gym for over a year.
