On The Scene
Justinian: Guests stepped right up to Grand Bal XXII. “The Greatest Show on Earth” was the theme of the Krewe of Justinian ball held Jan. 22 at the Shreveport Convention Center. The centerpieces were clever, everything from mini circus tents to stuffed animals in cages to elephants. There were also boa hoops with stuffed animals, carnations placed to look like cotton candy, plenty of popcorn and peanuts and animal crackers.
