Bossier Arts Council (BAC) celebrated their 10th Annual Artini festival at Bossier’s new East Bank Plaza, and it was literally a blast! Unexpectedly cold weather brought a chill, but it didn’t dampen the fun for die-hards who love a unique martini (or 20!) and great music. Tipsey turned up the volume while La Louisianne took care of the food spread. Top winners are: Judges Choice, Flying Heart Brewing & Pub; Most M’Artisinal, The Remington; and People’s Choice, Superior Steakhouse.
